ABOUT HIGH TECH HEATING & A/C, INC.
Since 1986, High Tech Heating & AC, Inc. has prided itself on providing the highest quality heating and cooling products and services with customer service that goes beyond expectations. As a Daikin Comfort Pro, our team provides preventative maintenance care, installation and service for both residential and commercial customers in Southcentral Wisconsin.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on the ability to work well with your team members and establish rapport with customers to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
Maintain a professional appearance and the highest level of personal hygiene.
Valid driver’s license.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
EPA Certification
Three years experience in HVAC service
PRIMARY DAILY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshooting and repair of HVAC equipment to ensure safety, proper operation and customer satisfaction, with an emphasis on preventative maintenance.
Using state of the art HVAC software for record keeping and communication with customers.
Maintaining adequate and usable stock in vehicles, along with proper care of vehicles, tools and other equipment to extend lifespan.
PHYSICAL/WORK DEMANDS
Strenuous physical exertion while exposed to weather elements.
The ability to lift up to 75 pounds at any given time; be able to kneel, squat, bend, push and pull
